The ProDevice MMD360+ Destroyer is a manual destroyer for hard drives and SSD's. The ProDevice MMD360+ is manually operated and does not require electricity to operate. By moving the lever downwards, a hardened steel pin perforates the hard disk drive. This generates a force of up to 4.5 tons.

The ProDevice MMD360+ Destroyer makes it easy to punch multiple holes in a hard drive. The platters, read head, motor and electronics of the hard disk are irreparably damaged. The steel pin can be exchanged for the standard supplied SSD module. Allows the MMD360+ Destroyer to be used to physically destroy SSD's, mobile phones and flash memory. The SSD module contains 5 metal pins which pierce a data carrier.

Often a hard disk is first erased with a degausser so all information present on the hard drive platter is removed. A disk can then be pierced with the ProDevice MMD360+ Destroyer so that the disk is optically verifiable damaged. The combination of erasing (degaussing) and physically damaging hard disks provides certainty that hard disks no longer contain any information and can no longer be accessed.

The base of the destroyer is very stable and equipped with anti-slip feet. Due to its compact design, the ProDevice MMD360+ destroyer is suitable for destroying data carriers at any location. Operating the system requires a minimum amount of effort from the user, so the MMD360+ destroyer can be operated by anyone.
